Tell Your Story
Maybe you’ve been inspired to tell your story at a celebration event?
If so, that’s amazing!
Thank you so much for being interested in doing this, we really appreciate it. We are especially interested in stories of overcoming, and these can be about anything you may have been or are facing. We have had stories of overcoming grief, self harm, depression, bipolar disorder, shyness, perfectionism, cultural issues, studying challenges and much more.
We are not limited to mental health issues, but we feel that talking about challenges in life is good for all of our mental wellbeing.
If you are interested in sharing your story, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief outline of your overcoming journey. Debs will get in contact as soon as she can to chat further and it may be that one of our interviewers meets you to hear your story, ready to be published in book form or for you to tell at an event or workshop.
