By creating a safe haven for sharing life’s difficulties with our peers, we remove feelings of isolation and powerlessness and create a support network within our own community.
We do not try to ‘treat’ mental wellbeing struggles, or focus on the difficulties. We do not ‘fix’ people nor suggest a future path. Instead we celebrate resilience and how far individuals within our community have come.
Through positive conversations, we learn from one another and provide support for life’s challenges, together.
