Our work is all about health and wellbeing. It is about validating emotions, experiences and life’s challenges as well as learning from the positives and celebrating these. In doing so, people are inspired and stigma is challenged. Isolation and feeling like ‘I am the only one’ is reduced. Depression, anxiety and extreme perfectionism may even be prevented through knowing others have experienced difficult issues and they are overcoming. People describe storytelling as hopeful and inspiring. Through hearing authentic life stories people are inspired about their own lives, our common humanity and how amazingly skilled, resourceful and resilient each of us are.
