Ideas Wellbeing Map

The celebration took place in the Spark Building at Solent University, and we were joined by some of the amazing organisations who support Wellbeing in Southampton.

We looked at the Ideas for Wellbeing workbook and map, and listened to some of the results of the Ideas for Wellbeing Survey, which was carried out in Southampton between November and December 2017. Then watched a film produced by some talented students from Solent University. The workbook and the film will be available to view soon here.

We were treated to some music by Ukulele jam, Folk Active and the Creative Options choir. Folk Active even had people up and dancing!

After this there was the opportunity to connect with some of the organisations who support wellbeing in Southampton in the connect and create marketplace. There was also a diary produced which included events going on in Southampton over the next few months.

At the event’s close we heard from Katy Bartolomeo from the Clinical Commissioning Group about the plans for moving forward with mental health across the city.
